October 20, Saturday:   8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Setup – 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM)

October 21, Sunday:  8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Breakdown –  4:00 – 5:00 PM)

Name Badges:   Convention name badges will be available upon check-in with the Exhibitor Coordinator in the Exhibit Hall on Saturday, October 20th, beginning at 7:30 AM. Table assignments will be made on location.

 Each Exhibit Hall Space includes:

  • One draped 6’ table (or two tables if selected in your application)
  • 2 chairs
  • One set of Convention Program materials
  • Listing in the Convention Program under Exhibitors

NOTE: Please bring your own electrical power-strip and/or extra cords

WI-FI: Please contact Exhibitor Chair if you would like to purchase Wifi access in the Exhibitor area.
ADA Accessibility   Exhibitors will be in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act in all offerings of public information and services during the conference. Please ensure that all videos displayed are closed captioned.
Security:   Professional security will patrol the Exhibit Hall after regular convention hours on October 20th.  As a precautionary measure, it is strongly recommended that laptops and small electronic equipment be removed from the Exhibit Hall at the close of exhibit hours Friday evening.
Shipping and Storage of Exhibit prior to Convention: Received by Convention Hotel no earlier than  3 days prior to Oct. 20.

Literature for Attendees’ welcome bags: If you have paid for literature to be distributed to attendees’ in welcome bags. Plan on 400 individual pieces to distribute.

Cancellation Policy   No refund shall be made to any exhibitor who cancels the contracted exhibit space after Oct. 10th, 2018.  Further, no refund shall be made to any exhibitor who fails, for any reason, to occupy the space reserved.  Payment minus the $100.00 processing fee will be refunded upon a written request for cancellation received by the Exhibitor Coordinator before 4:00 PST on October 10,2018.  In the unlikely event that the Convention is canceled by CAPED, all paid exhibitor fees shall be promptly refunded to exhibitors.
